Channel letter signs are individual 3D letters and logo shapes, built as hollow metal channels and lit from inside with LEDs. The craft
How your metal letters are made
Every letter or logo element starts as sheet stainless steel, cut to your artwork and formed into a channel. We fit IP67-rated LED modules inside, seal the channel, and finish the metal to your brand — brushed, mirrored or matte, anywhere from 0.8" deep to 3.5" and beyond. Each piece is then wired, bench-tested and prepared for the mount your wall needs.

Frontlit, halo backlit or dual-lit
The same fabricated letters give you three completely different moods, and it all comes down to which way the light leaves the channel. Frontlit reads loudest, halo reads most expensive, dual-lit does both at once. Not sure which suits your logo? Halo backlit
The face stays solid metal and the LED throws backwards instead, ringing each letter in a soft halo on the wall. You read the shape rather than the glow, which is exactly why it's the default for reception walls — it reads expensive rather than loud.

How long does it take to make and deliver?

What's the difference between frontlit, backlit and dual-lit?
Frontlit letters glow from the face for bold readability. Halo (backlit) letters throw a soft glow onto the wall behind for a premium, floating look. Dual-lit combines both for maximum day-and-night impact.

Do you make full logos, not just text?

Do you install channel letters?
No. We fabricate your letters and ship them prepared for the mounting method shown on your mockup — flush to the wall, on standoffs, on a raceway or on a backing panel. A local sign installer mounts them, and a licensed electrician makes the electrical connection.
Do exterior channel letters need a permit?
Often. Many US cities and most landlords require approval before a permanent exterior sign goes up, and an illuminated sign usually needs a licensed electrician to connect it. The rules are set locally, so check with your city's building or zoning office before you order. Your mockup shows the sign's dimensions, which an application will ask for.
