How your neon sign is made
We start with your artwork, map the tubing path, and hand-bend flexible LED silicone to trace every letter and curve. It's mounted on an optical-grade, laser-cut acrylic backboard, wired with concealed cabling, then bench-tested for an even, flicker-free glow before it's carefully packed.

Every sign sits on a laser-cut acrylic backboard, and how we cut it changes the whole character of the piece — from a clean panel that frames the glow to letters that look painted straight onto the wall. The workhorse
Cut to square
A clean rectangular panel behind the whole sign. It's the strongest build and the kindest on price, and in clear acrylic it reads as a faint edge once the neon is lit — pick frosted or a colour and it becomes part of the design.
Best for: Block fonts, big installs and tighter budgets
The best of both
Cut to shape
One continuous piece of acrylic follows the outline of the whole design. You keep most of the floating look, but the sign stays a single sturdy panel — easier to hang straight and far happier travelling to you in one piece.
Best for: Phrases, multi-word signs and larger pieces
The invisible one
Cut to letter
We cut the acrylic around every individual letter, leaving only a few millimetres of border. Step back and the backboard all but disappears — the words read as pure light on the wall. It's the most intricate cut and the most striking finish.

How long does it take to make and deliver?
The free mockup comes back within 24 hours. Once you approve it, the sign takes 3–5 business days to make and 3–8 business days to deliver, free and tracked. Rush orders cost nothing extra: tell us your date when you ask for the mockup.
How long do LED neon signs last?
It is built on long-life LEDs, and a well-made sign gives years of everyday use. A rated LED life describes when the LEDs fade to 70% of their original brightness, not when the sign stops working, and the power supply is usually the first part to wear out — which is why every sign carries our warranty.
Are they safe to leave on?
They run on low-voltage 12V power from a plug-in supply and use flexible silicone instead of glass tubes, which suits them to bedrooms, kids' rooms and busy venues. Mount signs in children's rooms out of reach, and keep the power supply dry and ventilated.
Can you make my logo or handwriting in neon?
Absolutely. Send your logo, text or a sketch and we'll trace it into LED neon in your chosen colour and size, then show you a free mockup first.
Can I dim it or change the colour?
Yes — every neon sign comes with a wireless RF remote for 1–100% dimming, or choose our RGB option to switch colours, pulse or flash whenever you like.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, as an outdoor build, which is a different construction from an indoor sign. Tell us where it will hang and the quote specifies the outdoor build; an indoor sign should not be moved outside.
